Eligibility for Refunds
We want you to love our spices! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email us at info@spiceylon.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your request. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.
Processing Time
Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products, opened spices and custom orders are non-refundable. Please ensure you check your order upon receipt.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired spice.
